Here is a recipe we REALLY like for taco meat! It is totally different than a taco seasoning packet and you can use the cheapest of cheap chicken since you boil it and then shred it!

I just use chicken breast, that I boil in chicken boullion and I use the food processor to make it a crumbly texture. The recipe makes alot so I freeze some and it makes a quick dinner. We love it with fresh shredded cabbage! Love everyone and hope the new school year is going great!
